 HANDMADE = HOMEMADE     We still HAND MAKE and HAND DIP our Biscotti for two reasons.  The hand dipping results in "drizzle" down the sides with no machine lines or corners for that “homemade” look.  Hand dipping also leaves MORE CHOCOLATE on the biscotti (a generous .4 - .5 ounces) for better value.

 INGREDIENTS + DENSITY    Our biscotti are loaded with more of the “expensive” ingredients (nuts, butter and eggs), making them denser with a richer buttery taste.  Heavy density spells quality and value, while bountiful taste is the ultimate people-pleaser!  

TEXTURE   The softer texture, due to the “expensive” ingredients, allows the customer the option of eating our biscotti with or without "dunking."   83% of Americans do not dunk!  You will never hear the term "rock-hard" from your customers.

 WEIGHT AND VALUE   The rich density and heavy chocolate coating makes our biscotti 25-40% heavier and the best value of all other biscotti.  Our Mezzo size is a robust 1.6 ounces chocolate dipped and 1.2 ounces undipped with TWICE as much chocolate on our dipped biscotti - .4 ounces!  The Grande size, at a hefty 2.5 ounces chocolate dipped and 2.0 ounces undipped is in a class all by itself!   The Petite, at only 3 inches long, is a hearty .9 ounces chocolate dipped and .7 ounces undipped!

 BREAKAGE   The softer texture of our biscotti, coupled with our secure triple-wrapping, means NO BREAKAGE.

CASE COUNT    Our relatively small case count, 50 biscotti for Grande, 80 for Mezzo and 100 for Petite allows for better inventory and storage management.  For ease of reordering, 1 case of each exactly fills our 2 gallon display jar.
